These terms govern your use of https://tryhomewise.co and participation in the Homewise LLC text messaging program. By using this website you agree to them.
Homewise LLC is a limited liability company formed in Wyoming that purchases residential property directly from owners, using its own funds. We are not a real estate brokerage, we do not act as an agent for buyers or sellers, and we do not operate a marketplace or a referral service. We do not charge homeowners a fee or a commission.
Nothing on this website is an offer to purchase any specific property, and nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice. Any purchase is subject to a written purchase agreement signed by both parties. You should take independent advice before selling property.
Homewise LLC Seller Messaging.
If you provide your mobile number and tick a consent box, Homewise LLC may send you text messages in two categories, which you consent to separately:
Consent is given by entering your mobile number and ticking the relevant consent box on our contact form. Boxes are never pre-ticked and the phone field is optional. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of selling your property to Homewise LLC or of using this website.
Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Homewise LLC does not charge you for these messages; any charges come from your own mobile plan and carrier.
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further messages.
You may also withdraw consent by any other reasonable method, and we will honour it. That includes replying with words such as END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL, replying in your own words, telling us during a phone call, or emailing support@tryhomewise.co. We do not require a specific keyword or a specific channel to stop messaging you.
Reply HELP to any message, or contact customer care at support@tryhomewise.co.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device. Supported carriers may change without notice.
You may only give consent for a mobile number you own or are authorised to use. If your number changes or is reassigned, please tell us so we can update our records.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms. We do not sell your information, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
By using this website you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic records and signatures satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. When you tick a consent box we record the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the page address, and both of us may rely on that record as evidence of what was agreed.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access this website and view its content for your own personal, non-commercial use in considering whether to sell a property to us. This licence does not permit you to resell the content, to scrape or systematically collect it, to frame or mirror it, or to use it to build a competing service or a dataset.
When you send us information about a property, you grant Homewise LLC the right to use that information to evaluate a possible purchase and to communicate with you about it. You confirm that you have the right to share what you send, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We do not claim ownership of your property, your photographs, or your documents, and we do not license your information onward to third parties for marketing.
Any figure we discuss with you is what Homewise LLC is willing to pay for a property in its current condition on the terms we describe. It is not an appraisal, not a broker price opinion, and not a statement of market value, and it should not be relied on for tax, financing, insurance, probate, or litigation purposes. Nothing on this website is financial, legal, or tax advice, and you should take independent professional advice before selling any property.
We may suspend or withdraw access to this website at any time, and either of us may stop communicating at any time before a purchase agreement is signed. Ending your use of the site does not by itself withdraw your text messaging consent — withdraw that as set out above — and it does not affect a signed purchase agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
You agree to indemnify Homewise LLC against claims and costs arising from your misuse of this website, from your breach of these terms, or from information you submit that you did not have the right to share.
You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to submit information about a property you have no connection to, or to submit another person's contact details without their permission.
The content, layout, and marks on this website belong to Homewise LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
This website is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homewise LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the text messaging program.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Homewise LLC regarding this website and the text messaging program. Any purchase of a property is governed by a separate signed purchase agreement, and where that agreement and these terms conflict, the purchase agreement controls.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in force.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign these terms. We may assign them to a successor in a merger or sale of assets, except that text messaging consent is not transferable, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
